Alpha Horn Reborn

Challenge

AH2, the holding company for a portfolio of Michelin-recognized restaurants and hospitality concepts, needed comprehensive brand positioning and visual identity to support global expansion and fundraising initiatives. The timeline was aggressive—6 weeks to deliver what typically takes 6 months.

Approach

Conducted intensive field research across coffee shops, restaurants, boutiques, and cultural spaces to understand the accessible luxury positioning. Built a 60+ page strategic framework covering:

  • Core brand identity and positioning
  • Complete visual identity system (logo, typography, color palette)
  • Customer journey mapping
  • Marketing and content strategy
  • Brand standards and quality control frameworks

Results

  • Delivered complete brand architecture enabling global expansion strategy
  • Created scalable design system used across entire hospitality portfolio
  • Positioned brand for successful fundraising round
  • Established operational guidelines for maintaining brand consistency at scale
